This week we are going to be doing a gallery walk during my school's lunch period.
I previously made display boards that contain my original work projects, my mission statements, a description of my research topic, and different subsets of corporate law.
This display board will be used for the upcoming gallery walk. We will use it as a visual reference for the speeches we will be giving to those that visit our individual statements.
We have already practiced these speeches in class over the different matters we will talk about in our gallery walk, and this practice has given us the chance to improve on any areas that we need to before we speak in front of others.
We also have to dress professionally while giving speeches to mimic what we will look like in our future careers.
This gallery walk also is a practice for my showcase later this month at UNT. This experience will allow me to get a feel for what it will be like at the big event, so I don't have any nerves when it comes to the actual showcase.
I'm excited about the gallery walk because it will give me an opportunity to express everything I have learned throughout the year.
